  • Yes, for health and safety reasons you cannot stay at the property whilst we are rewiring. There will be no power and open floorboards that could be hazardous

  • If physically possible, we ask if you can please move furniture to the centre of the room and away from the skirting. This is so that we can lift the carpets easily.

    Also we recommend that you box up your belongings and put them into storage - a garage or shed. Or just out of the way!

  • No, we will arrive equipped with all dust sheets. You are more than welcome to use your own if you’d rather

  • This depends on the cable route. This can be discussed when we survey the property

  • No we will sort that for you. We can lift parts of the loft floor to rewire your upstairs lights. Once completed we’ll screw them back down

  • This depends on your specific requirements and overall size of the property. We can provide an estimate when we’re surveying

  • This comes down to your specific requirements. Contact us for a free estimate.

  • No we are not VAT registered so all our quotes excludes VAT.

  • Yes we have a few trusted subcontractors that we work with. They can bond and finish the walls and ceilings that are a by-product of a rewire. You are more than welcome to use your own plasterer.

  • No, although we may have to take some tiles off to install sockets above the worktop. All worktops will be covered and protected from damage.
